Congrats to the Saints’ varsity wrestling team for earning the #4 overall seed for the upcoming Section 2AA Team Tourney. The Saints host #5 Glencoe-Silver Lake at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 at the SPHS gym.
Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for students with NO passes accepted or senior citizen discounts availble for this event.
The Saints/Panthers winner advances to the Section 2AA semifinal round which begins at 3 p.m. on Saturday at New Prague High School with the championship dual meet set for 5 p.m.
(PLEASE NOTE, the Saints home girls basketball game originally scheduled for Thursday evening at the SPHS gym will now be played at the Saint Peter Middle School gym with C squad starting at 4:15 p.m.; B squad at around 5:30 p.m.; and varsity at approximately 7 p.m.)
