Best of luck to the Saints’ girls gymnastics team as they head to St. James Area High School on Thursday, Feb. 16 to compete in the Section 2A Meet starting at 6 p.m. Tickets to that event are $8 for adults and $5 for students with NO passes or senior citizen discounts available at this event.

Besides St. Peter, other schools competing at the Section 2A Meet includes Martin County Area (Fairmont/MCW), Mankato West, Faribault, New Ulm, Waseca, Blue Earth Area, and St. James Area.

The top team in the Section 2A standings along with the top three individual all-around scorers, and the next three highest scorers in each individual event advances to the Minnesota Class State Gymnastics Meet. The state meet is set for the weekend of Feb. 24 and 25 at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul.
