Six Saint Peter High School band members participated in the Minnesota State University-Mankato’s High School Honor Band ensemble on Friday, Jan. 17. Those six students included Malcolm McHugh, Elijah Cherland Narum, Mason Davis, Sada Harmes, Sophia Christensen, and Gia Holland.

The 125-student MSU Honor Band ensemble was open to all deserving students in grades 10-12, and the day included full ensemble rehearsals, side-by-side rehearsals with university students, performances by MSU-Mankato instrumental ensembles, and clinics with the applied faculty and music majors. The event concluded with a concert featuring the Honor Band ensemble.
