Saint Peter High School choir students had the opportunity of working with famed gospel musician Trey McLaughlin early this week at the SPHS Performing Arts Center. McLaughlin is a gospel arranger and performer from Georgia whose group "Sounds of Zamar" is Grammy nominated and making a name for themselves in the gospel scene.
“This was a huge deal for our music program, and I can't believe it actually happened,” Bri Bergstrom, SPHS choir director, said. “Our group worked with him on Monday morning and both afternoons we were joined by New Prague’s and Jordan’s concert choirs, where Trey taught the entire group.”
Below are a few photos of McLaughlin working with the Saint Peter, Jordan and New Prague students at the PAC!
